Silván curved rings are Finnish production and they are made in Laatukoru's own workshop in Hyvinkää. A dozen professional goldsmiths work at Verstaa, each with their own area of ​​expertise. The Silván jewelry collection is named after Keijo Silván, the founder of Laatukoru, who started making jewelry in the basement of his home in 1972. Now in its third generation, the family business manufactures diamond rings and other diamond jewelry in the footsteps of its founder Keijo Silván.

Silván curved rings are made of 14 carat yellow, white, or rose gold. We use 100 percent recycled gold in our jewelry. Thanks to careful processing and cleaning, the gold we use is always as good as new gold. Using recycled gold reduces the environmental impact and the need to mine new gold.

Diamonds for Silván collection jewelry are selected with exact criteria. We buy our conflict-free diamonds from large, European diamond exchanges. All of our diamond suppliers are committed to complying with industry standards, which include compliance with human rights in the various stages of production, consideration of environmental impacts, maintaining safe and responsible work practices, and supporting local communities. The diamond trade also does not support the financing of rebel movements. We always require a written certificate from our suppliers about the origin of the diamonds.
