Delivery Methods and Delivery Times

All products in stock are sent typically within 1-2 business days of the order, but sometimes within 1-5 business days. The delivery time for physical store pickups is about a week.

We Offer the Following Delivery Methods:

Free delivery to the Posti pick-up point of your choice, such as a parcel machine, usually within 1-3 working days, in the biggest cities also on Saturdays. You will be notified immediately by text message when your package is available for pickup.

Free delivery to the Matkahuolto pick-up point of your choice, such as a parcel machine, Matkahuolto, K-Market or R-kiosk within 1-3 working days, in the biggest cities also on Saturdays. You will be notified immediately by text message when your package is available for pickup.

Delivery to home or workplace within 1-2 business days. Before the package is delivered, Posti asks for a suitable delivery time for the shipment. Posti Kotipaketti is free for orders over 500,00€.

(All Customers from US and Canada) DHL Express delivery to the home or workplace within 2-7 business days. Especially suitable for valuable shipments. DHL Express delivery is free for orders over 250€. DHL Express delivery is available for all US, Canada and European orders.

Pick up the order from any Laatukoru's physical store. Delivery time is 2-5 business days. A text message will be sent from the store when the order is available for pickup.

Longer delivery times:

Some of the products are mostly made to order, in which case you should be prepared for a longer delivery time. When you order the product, we will tell you the exact delivery time. However, be prepared for the following delivery times:

  • Silván jewelry is made to order in Laatukoru's own workshop, so their delivery time is about 5-8 business days. Lab Grown diamond rings has approx. 2 week delivery time.
  • Kalevala Love gold rings are made to order at the Kalevala factory. Their delivery time is about 2 weeks.
  • Lumoava gold jewelry and rings are made to order at the Lumoava workshop. Their delivery time is about 2 weeks.
  • The engravings are done by hand, which is why you have to add 1-2 business days to the delivery time.
