Laatukoru Watch guarantee: one (1) year additional guarantee for Swiss watches

One additional guarantee for Swiss wristwatches from Quality Basket.

Swiss watches sold by Quality Basket always come with a 2-year official guarantee from the importer. Sometimes, however, it can happen that a defect under warranty occurs after the official warranty period has expired. We at Quality Jewellery offer an additional one (1) year warranty on all watches purchased from us, which covers the warranty service of the watch according to the importer's/manufacturer's warranty conditions by an official watchmaker!

The additional warranty is a paid service that requires the purchase of this additional warranty at the time of purchase of the watch.

How the Quality Basket Watch Warranty works:

• The Quality Jewellery Watch Guarantee is a one (1) year additional guarantee for a watch purchased from Quality Jewellery.
• The additional guarantee must always be purchased at the time of purchase of the watch.. It is not possible to purchase an additional guarantee afterwards.
• The additional guarantee is only valid for one watch. The additional guarantee cannot be used for any watch other than the one ordered at the time of the order.
• If you order several watches at once, you must order a separate Additional Guarantee for each one.
• All wristwatches are covered by an official warranty (usually 2 years) issued by the importer or manufacturer. Defects within this warranty period will be repaired under normal warranty. At the end of the official warranty period, the Quality Basket Watch Warranty comes into force and is valid for one year. Defects occurring during this year will be repaired by the official warranty service of the watch concerned and the cost will be borne by Laatukoru.

What is covered by the Quality Basket Watch Guarantee:

The Quality Jewellery Watch Warranty covers, under the importer's/manufacturer's warranty conditions, any defects in the mechanical parts of the watch and any manufacturing defects - in exactly the same way as the official warranty of the watch brand concerned.

The Quality Basket Watch Guarantee must be ordered with the watch and is valid for one watch only. It is not possible to purchase an additional guarantee afterwards.

What is not covered by the Quality Basket Watch Guarantee:

The Quality Basket Watch Guarantee does not cover defects that are also not covered by the official importer/manufacturer's warranty. These include, but are not limited to, defects that are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or the original manufacturer's warranty.

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.) of the watch case or case coating during use.
• Normal wear and tear of the wristwatch bracelet in use (scratches, dents, etc.).
• Normal wear and tear of the glass in use (possible scratches or breakage, etc.).
• Moisture damage
