Return and exchange policy

Products purchased from the Laatukoru online store have a 30-day right of exchange or return if the product is unused and in the original case and packaging. Engraved products do not have the right to exchange or return unless there is a clear error in the engraving made by Laatukoru.

Before Sending the Products

    1. If you want to exchange the product for another one, we recommend that you order the products directly from our online store and return your previous order.

    2. Fill out the return form below before sending the return. Below you can find our return address information.

    3. Delivery costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all the return costs. Products that has been sent back to us are on customer's responsibility as long as the order has been provably delivered to our office.

    4. Please remember to add your name to the package and fill out the return form below before sending your return package. In this way, we receive notification of your return. Please make a return delivery under the name of the person who has placed an order so that we know the sender name. If this is not possible, please add the name inside the package.

    5. Always remember to take a receipt from the return delivery, which contains tracking number. If it were to happen that the return delivery gets lost on the way, it is easier to locate with the tracking number. We do not take responsibility for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all the return costs. Products that has been sent back to us are on customer's responsibility as long as the order has been provably delivered to our office.

Please note that not picking up the order is not a sufficient reason for a return. The return must always be informed by a completed return form below or a prior notification of the return must be made by email. For all returns that are left uncollected and arrive at us without a return form, we deduct 30,00€ for handling and shipping costs incurred.

Exchange and Return Terms

Products purchased from the Laatukoru online store have a 30-day exchange and return right. According to Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, the products must be returnable:

  • The consumer has the right to get to know the product in the same way as it would be possible in a store. You have the right to try the product carefully. The product's can't be worn during the day and then returned.
  • The product to be exchanged or returned must be completely unscratched and new and in the original packaging. All product packaging can be opened without damaging the packaging.
  • Engraved products or activated sports watches are not eligible for exchange or return. Also, products manufactured at the customer's request or ordered from the workshop or factory cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you order gift wrapping and a greeting card and want to return your order, the cost of the packaging and the greeting card will not be refunded.
