Yes, Laatukoru is an authorized dealer for all products and brands we represent. All the products we sell are 100% genuine and bought from official importers and/or manufacturers.
Yes they are. The same products are on sale in Laatukoru's stores and online store. It is possible that there are products in the stores that are not available in our online store, and conversely, there may be products in our online store that are not available in the store. However, all products can also be ordered in stores, if they cannot be found directly in the store's stock.
The recommended prices are always the same both in the online store and in the store. Sometimes the stores may have their own offers that cannot be found in the online store.
Yes, all diamond jewelry comes with a diamond jewelry certificate of authenticity. All Silván diamond jewelry uses GIA certified diamonds. Diamond jewelry with a single diamond larger than 0.50 ct also comes with a GIA certificate.
Yes they do. All watches for sale has an official importer/manufacturer's worldwide warranty. The warranty period is mentioned in the product information. The most common warranty for watches is 2 years. More detailed information about the guarantee
We can shorten the watch strap, so you can use the watch right away! After ordering, you will receive an automatic order confirmation in your email. Please reply to the order confirmation email with the tight circumference of your wrist so we know how to shorten the watch correctly. Usually, the watch strap is the circumference of the wrist + 1.0cm-1.5cm.
In the rings, you can find the three most popular font options to choose from on the product page. In addition to the font choices found on the product page, you can view available engraving fonts here . If you want engraving in a different font, which can be selected from the rings' product pages, please contact our customer service after ordering.
Deliveries, returns and exchanges
In our online store, you can order products with DHL Express and Finnish Posti (available only in Finland and Estonia) delivery methods. See more detailed information

We offer free DHL Express delivery for all orders over 150€! A 14.90€ shipping fee is added to orders worth less than 150€. Store pickups are always free. See more detailed information here

At the moment we offer invoicing and monthly installments only in Finnish orders. If you wish to pay after receiving the product, we suggest of using a credit card. See all payment methods here
We offer two types of gift cards: digital gift cards for the online store and physical gift cards for our stores that can be purchased in physical stores.
Physical Store Gift Card
If you have a physical gift card for our store, it will not go directly to the online store. Please contact our customer service and tell us that you want to use the store gift card for an online store order.
Online Store Digital Gift Card
The online store's digital gift card is delivered directly to your email immediately after purchase. In the e-mail, you will receive a gift card code, which you can enter at the checkout of our online store to redeem the card. If you want to use an online store gift card in our store, please contact our customer service so that we can create a gift card that works for you in the store.
Yes they are. All payments are made in a secure SSL connection. Online payments are made through Stripe Inc's payment service and they require a strong identification. Card payments meet the requirements of the PCI-DSS standard ( Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ).
If you have already paid for the product you ordered, but decided to return it, the payment will be returned to the same payment method with which the order was placed. Refund might take 5-8 business days to appear.
So please note that orders paid by card are returned to the balance of the payment card, not to your account.
