Laatukoru Oy's online store (Laatukoru Oy, VAT number FI08369929, hereinafter referred to as "Laatukoru", "Laatukoru.fi" or "Laatukoru Oy")
1 General terms and conditions
Laatukoru.fi is Laatukoru Oy's (business VAT number FI08369929) operated and owned marketplace. These terms and conditions apply to Laatukoru to the trading relationship between Laatukoru Oy and its customers arising from Laatukoru.fi online store. Laatukoru reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of the order, which are available at Laatukoru Oy's website.
Laatukoru shall not be liable for any damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable circumstance or a change in circumstances which is beyond the control of Laatukoru. Laatukoru is obliged to inform the customer of force majeure without delay.
2 Customer and data protection
Laatukoru welcomes all private and business customers. The commercial relationship shall be governed by the applicable Finnish and EU legislation on consumer sales, marketing and advertising. For business customers and Laatukoru Oy will be governed primarily by these terms and conditions and otherwise by the Finnish Trade Act.
When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide full contact information, which for a consumer customer includes at least name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. For business customers, the information required is the name, telephone number and e-mail address of the contact person, as well as the business ID, VAT number, postal address, telephone number and, where applicable, the billing address.
Customer data is stored in the Laatukoru Oy's customer register, where the information is used to maintain the customer relationship. Laatukoru has the right to process and disclose the data in the register for legitimate purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1050/2018).
All Laatukoru e-commerce prices include VAT, but exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated. If there are obvious price errors in the pricing, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error. If the product is clearly priced incorrectly priced in our online store and if it can be assumed that the customer understands that the product is incorrectly priced, the product will not be delivered to the customer at that price despite the order. In the event of mispricing Laatukoru Oy is obliged to inform the customer who ordered the product immediately.
Laatukoru Oy does not sell products for resale and reserves the right to limit the sale of products in exceptionally large quantities.
Laatukoru Oy sells products in accordance with the legal age limits. By ordering a product and accepting the terms of delivery, the customer confirms that he/she has the right to order the product in question.

In our online shop you can pay using Finnish online banking payment methods and the most common debit and credit cards. In addition, you can use Klarna Pay later (invoice) and Klarna Pilko Payments (instalment) payment methods and Mobile Pay.
Paytrail Plc is responsible for the security of online banking. The company is regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority (Fiva). All data transfer and financial transactions are SSL-secured, which means that no third party can see your data.

6 Returns and Exchanges
Laatukoru Oy offers its customers a 30-day right of exchange and return for products ordered from the online store (Note! Products purchased from the store do not have a right of return, the right of exchange is 14 days).
The product must be returnable in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act of Finland. The purpose of the law is to give the consumer the right to inspect the product as it is available in the store. The customer has the right to see the contents of the packaging and to try on the product with care. However, the product must be in perfect condition and free of scratches when returned. The opening of the product packaging must be carried out in general care.
Restrictions on the right of return are governed by Chapter 6, Chapter 16 of the Consumer Protection Act:
- Engraved products are not eligible for return under the law on customized products.
- Products are not eligible for return and/or cancellation if they have been ordered from the factory specifically at the request of the purchaser.
- Activated activity wristbands that have been put into service are not subject to a right of return.
In accordance with consumer protection law, service products do not have a right of withdrawal if the service has been fully completed or if the absence of a right of withdrawal has been notified in advance. Returned products must be carefully packed. Returns must always be accompanied by a return form and we request the customer to contact us before returning the goods. 7 Warranty and Liability
The warranty is governed by the warranty conditions defined by the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to read the warranty conditions supplied with the product before using it. The warranty conditions can be found in the user manual, on a separate warranty form or on the web address provided by the manufacturer. Warranty as a general rule, covers only manufacturing and material defects in the product. The warranty period is specified in the product information, the most common being 1-2 years.
Warranty repairs are always carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's or importer's warranty conditions. The customer may also deal with his local dealer if this is easier for him. We can direct the customer to contact the manufacturer or his authorised repairer directly if this can be considered to be in the customer's interest. The full cost of an unauthorised service will be charged to the customer if the product has been sent for warranty service in a clearly unauthorised manner. Laatukoru Oy is not liable for any damage caused by the buyer's actions. The costs of the unauthorised service will be charged to the service company, if any, and the costs incurred by Laatukoru Oy.
The customer is obliged to present a proof of purchase, receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase when returning the goods or when complaining about a defect. Laatukoru Oy reserves the right to charge the buyer for the costs incurred in searching for the receipt.
Complaints will preferably be dealt with in writing. Complaints can be sent by e-mail to the following address Laatukoru.verkkokauppa@Laatukoru.fi. You can leave customer feedback on the website.
The complaints staff work directly under the management team. They will consult with the management, where necessary, on the handling of complaints from customers.
In the event of a broken product being delivered, an effort will be made to replace it with a new one immediately. When picking up the shipment, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any damage to the package. If the parcel has been damaged in transit by the postal service such as DHL Express, please report the damage to the postal courier as soon as possible. Please also contact Laatukoru Customer Service and we will arrange for a new product to be delivered immediately.
