Garmin CIRQA Smart Band brings comprehensive Garmin tracking into a more discreet format. The band has no display, so it does not light up, interrupt your day or tempt you to check notifications. CIRQA tracks health, sleep, recovery and activity around the clock, and the results can be viewed later in the Garmin Connect app. The core health and fitness features work without a subscription fee. 

Despite its screen-free design, CIRQA offers an exceptionally broad range of features, including sleep score, sleep coach, training readiness, training status, Body Battery energy monitoring, stress tracking, Pulse Ox measurement, HRV status and skin temperature tracking. Women’s health features include menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking, more accurate period predictions and estimates of past ovulation. 

More than 80 activity profiles can be started using the button on the band or through the Garmin Connect app, and CIRQA can also recognise several activities automatically. Route, distance and pace during outdoor activities are recorded using the connected smartphone’s GPS. The black ComfortFit fabric band is available in S–M and L–XL sizes, while the lightweight, swim-ready construction and up to 10 days of battery life make the band ideal for round-the-clock wear.

Garmin CIRQA Smart Band Features:

Health and Wellness Tracking

CIRQA continuously tracks heart rate, resting heart rate, respiration rate, stress and Body Battery energy levels. It can provide alerts for unusually high or low heart rates, while Pulse Ox can be used to monitor blood oxygen saturation during the day and while sleeping. Other features include fitness age, hydration tracking, lifestyle logging, Jet Lag Adviser and Health Status. 

Women’s Health Tracking

The Garmin Connect app can be used to track the menstrual cycle or pregnancy and to log related information. Skin temperature measured during sleep helps provide more accurate period predictions and estimates of past ovulation. 

Skin temperature data can also be synchronised with the separate Natural Cycles app for more detailed fertility information. Natural Cycles requires its own subscription. 

Sleep Tracking

Advanced sleep tracking provides a sleep score and information about sleep duration, quality and different sleep stages. Features also include sleep coach, sleep alignment, nap detection, HRV status, skin temperature, breathing variations and a smart wake alarm with gentle vibration. 

Activity and Training Tracking

Daily activity features include a step counter, adaptive goal, calories burned, distance travelled, intensity minutes, TrueUp and automatic repetition counting. In wheelchair mode, the band can track pushes and provide shift alerts. 

Training features include heart rate zones, heart rate alerts, recovery time, training load tracking and aerobic and anaerobic training effect. For running, CIRQA estimates VO2 max and uses connected GPS to track distance, duration, pace and cadence. 

Connected GPS and Wireless Connectivity

CIRQA uses the GPS function of a compatible smartphone to record route, distance, speed and pace during walking, running and cycling activities. Through ANT+, heart rate data can also be transmitted to a compatible Garmin device, such as a Garmin Edge cycling computer. 

In addition to Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity, features include Garmin Connect synchronisation, Find My Garmin Device and compatibility with iPhone and Android.
