The Kalevala Itu jewelry series is inspired by the new life growing from a seed, small versions that push out from the soft soil of forests and the small cracks of asphalt-covered streets. The Itu jewelry series reflects nature's unyielding ability and quiet perseverance to survive, grow and renew. It tells the story of the hidden power of nature that lies within each of us.

The Itu jewelry series, designed by designer and artist Martin Bergström, showcases the artist's unique way of depicting natural elements and abstract shapes in a unique way. The Kalevala Itu hoop earrings have a jagged, organic surface structure. The earrings are made of silver. You can wear the hoops as is or combine them with Itu fittings. The fitting is threaded into the earring from its stud end. The fittings cannot fit through the open side of the hoop, and therefore cannot fall out of the hoop.
